Charter

Foundation for Rabbit-Free Australia Inc. is an incorporated, not-for-profit environmental charity dedicated to the control of European wild rabbits in Australia. The Foundation raises awareness of the harm caused by wild rabbits and the need for ongoing research into control options, supports that research, and encourages land managers in their efforts to apply best practice rabbit controls.

Governance

The Foundation is governed by a Committee elected from and by Foundation members. Audited financial statements and an annual report are presented at each Annual General Meeting.

A Patron serves as an ambassador for the Foundation, while advisers, volunteers and supporters provide crucial guidance and assistance to the Committee and its operations. Part-time Executive and Administrative services are contracted on a casual basis.

Getting Involved

Foundation for Rabbit-Free Australia is a lean, personable organisation. We value our members highly, striving to provide them with easy access to relevant information and providing opportunities for as much or as little interaction as they wish. Volunteers and advisers provide assistance and we are indebted to key supporters and donors.
