RFA Sub-committees

At a recent meeting the RFA Committee resolved to consider forming two sub-committees in the new year: one focused on research and one on communications, the two most important facets of the Foundation’s work. Although yet to be finalised, their roles are likely to include:

  • Research: Oversee an annual call for projects, liaise with the research community, and assist communications with RFA researchers.
  • Awareness: Guide communications (including social media, the Newsletter and website), advocacy for research, membership and promotions (e.g. Easter Bilby and regional field days).

It is anticipated that the sub-committees will have a ‘hands-on’ style of operation and involve advice and input from people across Australia. If you are interested in contributing to one of the proposed sub-committees, please contact admin@rabbitfreeaustralia.org.au
